The Hexagon Absolute Scanner AS1-XL Kit V2P (Installed) is a large-area 3D laser scanning solution for Absolute Arm 7-Axis systems and Absolute Tracker platforms.

This fully installed and calibrated setup is ready for immediate use. It is optimized for fast scanning of large components such as aerospace structures, automotive bodies, and heavy machinery.

Based on AS1 technology, it features SHINE (Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination), enabling reliable scanning of reflective and dark surfaces without preparation.

It captures up to 1.2 million points per second with an extra-wide scan line, allowing rapid coverage of large areas while maintaining accuracy.

The modular design allows mounting or removal without recalibration, enabling quick switching between scanning and probing. It is cross-platform compatible with Arms and trackers.

Lightweight and ergonomic, it reduces fatigue and supports both manual and automated scanning.

Compatible with PolyWorks, SpatialAnalyzer, and PC-DMIS.
