NavVis VLX 3 is an industry-leading wearable mobile mapping system designed for high-speed reality capture of complex indoor and outdoor environments. The system integrates two 32-layer LiDAR sensors and advanced SLAM technology to capture dense, survey-grade point clouds while the operator walks through the site.
With a scanning rate exceeding two million points per second and local point cloud accuracy around 5 mm, the VLX 3 delivers detailed spatial data suitable for BIM modeling, digital twin creation, infrastructure documentation, and industrial facility mapping. Integrated panoramic cameras capture high-resolution imagery for realistic visualization and asset documentation.
The ergonomic wearable design allows surveyors and engineers to scan large buildings, factories, tunnels, and infrastructure projects significantly faster than traditional tripod laser scanners.
